Re: After 7 years of playing everything is lost

Did you sign up to EA's email registration scheme, if you did then you can get a code sent to your email address and restore your account.

If you contact EA HELP CENTER, as you did, you MUST have your original player id number or the cannot/ will not be able to help you.

If you still have pvz2 on an old device, the player id number should still be there.

Screenshot it and keep it safe, it is crucial in dealing with EA HELP CENTER.

Good luck.

Thank  you for your help.  Yeah the EA help desk was not very helpful and I kept getting a new person which was confusing for me to track.  I am just going to not play it anymore and wait for PVZ3 because obviously they do not want to assist even after showing them my id and claiming they can't find anything.  So sad.

@034e889e75f788ed   Each PVZ2 account has its own ID. If for whatever reason you have two new IDs (without your original progress) after re-installation, then the only way to recover your original progress is by providing the advisor with your old ID, if you do not have that information then sadly the advisor would have nothing to work from because the new IDs are not linked to your old account.

You said you have been playing the game for 7 years, so if there is any chance you still have the game on one of the old device, then you might still be able to get this crucial information and get your progress back.
