Re: Arena Rewards in PVZ 2 is being put into half of the redeemable rewards!

I have been playing this game for 4 years now.

And i spent around USD 2,000.00 in my 4 years of playing.

This is the first time this bug has caused me troubles.

Hopefully, this gets resolved!!!

In my 4 years, i never knew that i can create an account in EA. 

I chat Tina through messenger to get this resolved.

Others, got free seed packets and 100 gems for the trouble it has caused them.

Question, have you got your rewards working correctly now or the offering of some seed packages and 100 gem IS the compensation for this week's missing rewards?

Nope. Still the same halving rewards.

Rewards are still being halved. Win Streak says 6 mints, I only received 3. Same with piñatas and gauntlets.

I might join the long queue on Monday to make a claim alone with the missing 1 clear rewards due to the difficult replicate auto-completion bug on Penny's Pursuits.   

Same issue. Although intermittent. I'll get full rewards sometimes and then it will turn into half at some point 

I only get full rewards on the seed packets, coins , candies and the like are all half. EA Games is certainly a deceiving its gamers. EA is a bug itself. Calling for boycott.
