@MOSYFAT Not sure if you are aware, the download data normally is packed and it will need further storage space to unpack so your App can use the new data. For example, if the download is 200MB, it could take as much as further 400MB to 600MB to unpack and if this storage space is not available, the App will report update or download failed.
Just out of curiosity,what device are you using and how much free storage space have you got?
Yes, I am aware of that. It is an iPhone 6s plus. IOS 15.8.2. And currently have 3GBs of free space.
I have the game running correctly on various iPhones and none showing the issue you are experiencing.
I have strong suspicion some data corruption has occured during the recent update on your device and to clear this problem, I guess you might need to perform a re-installation of the App. But before you do this, please ensure you have some backup or ways of recovering your progress first. The plan of action I recommend as below.
1. Screenshot or note down your player ID (Just in case something goes wrong and you need assistance from the Help Center)
2. Register your email address with the App so this provides you an alternative way to recover your progress,
3. Use iTune to backup your iPhone.
4. Once all of the above 3 steps are done, delete the game and perform a re-installation in the hope the fault is fixed.
The problem was just solved without me doing anything. I guess that there was a problem on the server side and they solved it.
