Re: Battlez and the Almanac

As I said in the post above, I had done this more than once.

I have multiple profiles, some of my low level plants profiles failed to kill them in Battlez and they do not appear on my kill list Almanac.

If you are sure you have killed them and they still not show up on your Almanac, then the next option is to contact EA by clicking the HELP CENTER link on the bottom of this web page to get further assistance. 

Funny thing is that they told me after I contacted them to post something here. So that is why I posted this in the first place! But they are now contacting ‘experts’ to solve this.

This could be a software bug which does not affecting all players.

If so. I do hope their 'experts' can identity and fix the issue. 

Hopefully they do (all they asked for was Player ID)!

Did you try to clear the PvZ2 app Data and Cache via your phone settings ?

reinitializing PvZ2 after clearing DATA and CACHE might reinstall the Almanac so it operates as it should

you will still have to kill Z-Mech again !!

I am on an iPad Pro.

Oh.  I have no knowledge of how that device operates.  Maybe someone else here does !

I play PVZ2 on my iPhone, the same IOS platform as ipad and have no issues. 

As for clearing data, I do not think Apple is letting lose of their iron grip for controls like other OS.

If you have saved your game data by logging in to the Game Center and made a note of your user ID, you can try re-install the game and see if it makes any changes.

Today, I asked for any updates, they said this:

At least this issue is not impacting your ability to play PvZ2 and is not costing you resources/progress

You are welcome.  Dual devices...I am currently starting a new Level 1 profile so I am using each device to add seed packets to two different worlds each day.  If you do the same world in each device then you have to do one first, save the Almanac, then open the second device to play the same world (and not duplicate seed packets that do not add to the total).

I leave 5 'days' just about completed (the day before) at the FINAL WAVE so it is quicker to get through on days I am pressed for time.
