I have had a very similar experience in the past.  Not very often but at least twice and perhaps more...

In one instance I lost one of my short streaks (under 100) when my phone battery died during BattleZ on a Tuesday morning within 30 minutes of the clock expiring as I was trying to stay ahead of an opp who had caught up that morning...needless to say I ended in second place but I had had a comfortable few hundred crown lead before the final morning started.  I suspected a BOT....
