1)  The image from the error message shows you are offline (no internet data connection).  Maybe you could check your WiFi and mobile data to ensure it is enabled

2) PVZ2 Arena is a quasi PVP where you are pitted against other players' recordings, the match between you and your opponent is not happening in real time (otherwise one player pausing the game will be affecting others).  If your aim is to compete with you partner, I suggest you two can try and see who can get the best Arena scores.

Finally, the facility to merge profile can only be carried out by EA Help Center's admin staff who has access right to the server and editing players' account data, this option is not likely to be made available to players.

    1) I am online. I get the normal “Daily” events on my main and that “offline” message on my alts at the same time. And sometimes if leave the alt profile active the events WILL populate on the alt but then I lose the events on my main and get that error message there. (The extra hard “Events” and special events like Zombieseum and Plant of the Week populate everywhere regardless of the “Daily” event error).

    Also, I know, lol.They want us to spend money not give us chump change.100 gems is hardly worth anything in PvZ’s economic system. Ah, the glory of “Freemium” games. And I am not convinced the 10,000 coin jackpot isn’t fake, lol. I’ve played this game for years and have never gotten it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Sorry I thought you were official EA help. Apologies. Thank you for all of the advice.
