This might not be good news as it suggests your original PVZ2 account is no longer linked to your email address. (otherwise, when you perform the email registration on any of your devices, you would be given an old account ID and a new account ID as a choice after the ID conflict screen).
Under this circumstance, only the help advisors can perform the error correction by manually re-link your email address to the correct account, but for them to do so, they will need to know which account ID to work on and if you do not know this critical information then you are out of luck (on recovering your old progress).
However, if you have spent real money on cash premium plants, you might be able to get them back onto your new account by providing the receipts (proof of purchase).
How can I contat a Help Advisor? Because i didnt receive any help from EA support since they cannot identify my ID. And I did not spent real money in the game.
If you didn't sign up for EA's email registration scheme or save the player id number of your missing account then you will never be able to get your missing account back.
Talking to EA HELP CENTER won't do any good unfortunately.

Just to add to @MAGICDAVESHROOM 's explanation, for account recovery assistance, it is the player's responsibility to provide the player ID so the help advisor knows which account to open from the server to apply data correction. If you have no player ID, there is little point in contacting them as there will be nothing the advisors can offer.
