@Jundeath7 Did you previously have a balance or have all of them being at a minus since starting the game?

Yes i have balance before but i forgot how many coin etc coz i just come back from retired
EA_IlliumDepending on your device can you try different troubleshooting from our guides, and things like trying different networks (cell data versus wifi, or vice versa)

You can always tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report and EA will reset your account.
There is a bug called the resources doubling bug that keeps on multiplying your resources to incredible levels, great fun at first but eventually the game can't handle the numbers and usually coins stick at 0, which is when you have to contact EA to get them to reset the levels.
You don't mention getting huge levels of resources, but that is normally what happens and how it can be fixed.
Sometimes it's possible to stabilise the resource levels by going into apps/pvz2/storage and clear data (but make sure you have a copy of your player id number first) but once it hits 0 then only EA can reset it.
