Re: Compensation for Lost Account?

If you have receipts that real money has been spent on purchasing cash premium plants, the advisor normally can add them back to your new account.  As for consumable items and in game currencies I think there are set amounts that the advisor premitted to add but it is of course at his/her discretion.  

The EA Help Center link is at the bottom of this page should you wish to join the queue and contact them to make a claim but be prepare that there might be a long wait and the 'compensation' might only be a small percentage of your total loss.

    As eieio has already said, you can get already purchased items added to a new account if you show them screenshots of your purchase history.

    Did you sign up for EA's email registration scheme?

    If you did then you could get a code sent to your email address to restore your old account.

    If you can get a screenshot of your old player id number from an old device (do not allow it to update) then you could get EA HELP CENTER to restore your old account.

    Losing an account has become a major problem, and the forums are filled with players in your situation.

    Unfortunately, EA can't/won't help out players who don't have their correct player id number saved somewhere safe.

    @eieio_31310 Whatever credit I get. Will it disable pop up ads, they absolutely suck.
    And just a complaining, I’m always losing the online modes 😭
