I do not recall seeing such a costume, do you mean the fan made one like the one below?

I have been trying the new almanac on this 10.2.2 update and discovered that new costume select screen is much easier to see what are available.
For players enjoying changing the costume on their plants, I guess this will be a welcome improvement.
