    @EA_Blueberry 

    There are lots of bugs, problems with store purchases going back a couple of months and EA HELP CENTER seems to have given up.

    We were told that most of them would be fixed by the last update and they haven't been. 

    How about finding out what's going on and issuing a statement?

    Personally I'm getting sick of seeing the same complaints being reposted time after time and it's not like EA pays me to do this.

    If EA HELP staff are working from home on laptops/PCs could you please make sure they are capable of dealing with .png files. (Smartphone screenshots).

    Help regarding the store issue would be nice.  You never seem to address that problem which is ALL OVER this board.  I've had 2 cases open since mid-May with no resolution and no communication from EA for at least a month now.  You have my money but I do not have any product.
