Re: Glitch-Season reward bar show as full and shows that you have earned all rewards

The issue has been fixed, let's hope it doesn't happen again

    If the issue has been corrected the issue won't happen this time, you guys might wanna experiment with battlez on your guys' end. When this thread was originally made the issue started happening after I made a bit of progress with my season rewards. The issue seems to be corrected because once a season ends your season reward bar resets, so therefore it temporarily visually fixes the issue. It seems ok but in all reality it might not be.

    Hi guys I'm having the same problem all over again. Last month I was given the rewards when I contacted them through help. This time they are saying that I need to address this bug to the forums. Please help guys!

    But the response does say it has been forwarded to the Developers !  Huh ?

    If you are not confused then I sure am !!!!

    The July 1st News and Updates 'claimed' that this unfortunate bug is actively being worked on...it also states to contact support as you have done

    Are you able to correct that by restarting your device or reinstalling the app? The previous issue was related to Enlighten-mint so it's not impossible the issue can still be at large with another one, but we'll want to make sure this isn't related to corrupted files first. Our staff is equipped to address the previous issue and once you get back to me with the results we'll gladly let the team know it's impacting this one as well.

    If you synced up your game to Google/Facebook/Apple you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing progress.

    I tried both restarting my device and reinstalling the app. Both didn't work.

    Can you please contact our Live-Support team so they can look into this further with you. This seems similar to the Enlighten-mint reward and our EA Advisors were able to assist in getting the reward for players. Please keep us updated.

    Please have a look at the responses they've been giving me since 2 days. 

    Anyway I have made a fresh case and e-mailed them again. I hope they help me this time. Will keep updating...

    Version 7.2.2 was supposed to have cured this problem, 7.2.1 was the previous version.

  • Actually my situation is :

    -Iphone XR with IOS 12.3 everything is ok, no bug

    -Ipad 2 with IOS 9.3.5 there is the famous bug.

    So....I'm playing only with Iphone😃

    You can probably still use the Ipad 2 with IOS 9.3.5 but take care to not reach a "reward" while using the Ipad 2 with IOS 9.3.5

    Only trigger rewards with the Iphone XR with IOS 12.3

  • I'm on Android 9.0 Pie now, when the bug with enlighten-mint happened I was on Android 8.1 Oreo. Maybe this could be why the bug isn't happening to me again?

    they still haven't resolved my issue. They're not even replying anymore. I give up. I'm uninstalling the damn game.
