If you tap on HELP CENTER at the bottom of your page then manage your account you can find out the status of your complaints, but it depends on what you classed your complaint as they don't normally reply to bug reports and just kick them upstairs.

    Many thanks for your reply,  I've just created another case and I received an automatic reply and another reply from help center tout give more details.
