I believe you for I know 17M is possible with mid level plants. 

(in fact one of my old friend, a well respected long-time PVZ2 player, managed to break 18M with his M200 plants)

He might have but I have not seen his posting, this was from someone else used to host his high score on YouTube but had  taken along break from PVZ2 and has only returned recently.

Finally made it to the 18m club, only to find mrs @eieio_31310  swinging from the chandelier. 

Week 230 pre-boosterama -- Threepeater tournament

My level 8 profile has put all my mastery profiles to shame on this tournament.

Thanks @HenryThePear .   I have had quite a few low 5M+ games and 5.5M is just a lucky RNG.

This is the best i could manage in boosterama.

At least I'm in the 5 million club. (With it's pre-nibbled jaffa cakes). 

@MAGICDAVESHROOM    Welcome the the 5M club with a creative strategy, and as usual, to get a high score, the feature plant is not being used! 👿

I think this tournament is all about balance, you need to be able to kill the zombies quickly to raise ZDL but not by excessive force which creates gaps with no zombies to kill.  I have seen level 5 and level 6 plants breaking 6M and even 7M with Boosterama. Currently I am trying to focus on Penny's and Pinata Parties to get my Threepeaters to high mastery to match my TorchWood, will give your load out a try later this afternoon.

@eieio_31310. I have also tried gumnut, Magnetshroom, olive pit and spring bean.

I don't think chard guard made any difference to the score.

My usual strategy in boosterama is to imp the zombies then kill the imps asap.

I have had 3 goes before the new practice starts and the best I get is 4.8M with your strategy.  Guess my timing is not optimized.

This is my best so far, scored as low as 2m but usually scores 2.5m.

Using draftodil slows the waves down.

Tried a few different combos (except blover) and this is the best so far.

(Included is a pic from the last tournament).

Week 232 Levitater's tournament

The best I can get with Blover strategy after 21 games is 3M and the best with Appease-mint+Tile Turnip+Imp Pear is 3.2M.  I have seen many Youtuber managed much high score with Blover but I onlu getting 2.8 as average.  😞

Week 233 pre-boosterama

This week is quite plant level dependent, I have seen 10M+ scores achieved by a few M200 players.

I used a mastery plant 8M+ strategy I saw from subreddit and so far managed to break 6M, I think it will go slightly higher but not sure if 7M is possible.

This is my best so far. I don't think I could use @eieio_31310  strat. My Mega Pea is only a lvl 5 and my Draftodil is a 6. 

@linuxPigPen  This strategy was originated from a player using leveled up mastery plants to achieve 8M, I just brave (or stubborn, and possible both) to try it on with my non mastery level 8 plants.  It would not be a good idea to use low and mid level Appeasemints family in this tournament due to high sun cost, weak attacking power and most importantly low health point, the Jesters will wipe them out in no time.

4.7M is already is a good score, earlier today I played 3 rounds of 7 streaks (21 games) and have not encountered any score above 3.6M so I think you will do very well in this tournament. 

My best with this strategy and only 10 minutes left. LOL I think I'll call it good. I'm 10 away from the 400.

Week233 Boosterama

With the plant food boost to Imp Pear, It helps to raise the score I get from my level 8 plants to be comparable with high mastery.  I have not yet managed to break 11M but I am sure it is possible with a good RNG.

My non-mastery plants has now joined the 11M club.  👿

First time seen an opponent over 8M mark.

Week 234 pre-boosterama. 

I use the non Blover strategy from @linuxPigPen and it takes my level 8 plants to over 3M, good enough for 14+ streaks. 

Week 235 Zomboss week

Two strategies, one for level 8 and one for level 10, both are getting similar score with 34x Zomboss flips.  30M club will be open tomorrow. 👿

Level 8 plants

Level 10 plants.  Laser Bean can get to the zombies hiding behind Zomboss so there is a better chance to get a little higher score.

If you have Power Lily and combined this with Imp Pear, higher than 30M is possible.

31M is achieved by KGame with level 5 plants using better strategies.
