Just to add that if you do a re-installation, your shop offers will be appearing different for a couple of days because you are being seen as a new player so make sure to do this at a time when you are not going to be missing out the power mint(s) and seed offers.
- @PowerToss And how to restore the account with the id
@123159470 Contact EA Help and open a 'missing content' case. EA Help can manually restore your progress.
Thank you
I have to get Back My Account First to Change my age, Or In The New game?
@123159470 I'm not sure. It should work either way. I would try the following:
- Reinstall the game
- Enter your age
- Contact EA Help to get your progress back (they will need both, your new and your old player ID to transfer your progress)
In case it didn't work you can still do a reinstall when you have your account back.
Do i have put old player id, and new player id in the same Box?

No...just put in your old player ID. You'll have to tell them what you want afterwards anyway. Or do you want them to guess? Just write something like this:
Hi,
unfortunately I've lost my progress when tried to log into PvZ2 and I've been assigned a new player ID (NEW PLAYER ID). I would really appreciate if you could restore my progress. My original player ID is: OLD PLAYER ID.
Thank you very much in advance.
Thank you so much, im now reinstalling pvz2
- @PowerToss But i have to add the age in new game or old game?
After i put the player id what i have to do?
