To save your progress via EA Registration, just click the cloud icon at the bottom left of the screen, then sign in your existing EA Account. You can also perform a force sync data, But only use it as necessary to avoid losing your progress. If you're purchases suddenly lost and you've already purchased an offer, you can easily restore your purchases by following the on-screen instructions.
