Hi. I have deleted accidentally my player name. I have synced my email but the player name on the pencil icon has been deleted accidentally. I badly need the progress on that game. I am on the Jade league already on that account and currently at number 1 spot. I badly need that profile. I am planning to purchase all the plant's on the game after the league will finish. I assume english is not your first language as your problem isn't very clear to me.
From what you put in your earlier replies you have a missing profile so contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping "HELP CENTER" at the bottom of this page and fill out the questions they ask you and give them your player i.d. number and they can restore a missing profile from their backup servers.
what i can to do for this ID number
Firstly. never post your player i.d. number on a public forum as your account could be compromised by hackers.
Secondly. i told you to contact EA HELP CENTER directly by tapping on "HELP CENTER" at the bottom of this page and fill in the on line form, for which you need your player i.d. number.
Thirdly. when you contact EA HELP tell them to issue you with a new player i.d. number as you published yours on a public forum.
