This is a players forum and we try to supply helpful advice from our limited knowledge.
You aren't likely to get a helpful answer from us in your particular case and should probably seek help from EA HELP CENTER directly or your credit card company.
Between EA, google playstore/applestore and your credit card company something has gone wrong.
EA HELP CENTER isn't terribly helpful lately, and it's my feeling that pvz2 is getting lower on their list of priorities as it becomes less profitable.
