today I have the same problem. Yesterday I played as usually and today my account/user is gone. All my achievements are still available, cause I had my account lynced with my google account (I have only 1 account). I wasnt doing anything on my phone, no update or anything at all with the game.

I need help because earlier I played pvsz2 in my android phone, I got all the worlds the diamond plants the mints and sling pea, but then, after that I open my game but then when I open it all of my progress is lost and the game became new, my username is gone, but I log in my account in to be recover and I dont know how to recover can you help me? Because I spent lots of time, effort, days and money for that game See my "LOST PROFILE SOLUTION" on page 3 of this forum
I deleted the game because it was stuck on starting. I reinstalled the game but the controller icon was not there. Contacted the EA team but they just said report them something else. I told them it was a bug and I am using an Android phone. I can't log back into my account, if anyone had the same problem and was able to get your account back can you please reply to this on how you got your account back

I play Plant and Zombie 2 in September, i link email to get 100 diamond and i done all word. So i delete application because my memory full. I install again now and use same email, but i not get my account and start beginning again. How i can get my account again..??

Now you have lost your account and what you should do is use the email registration scheme and:
1, Tap on the cloud at the bottom left of the loading screen.
2. Enter your email address that you gave EA when you signed up for the email registration scheme.
(Make sure there is no blank space after it ot it won't go through).
3.They will send a code to your email address, if you enter it then your account should be restored.
If this doesn't work and you still have your old player id number you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping HELP at the bottom of the page and ask them to restore your account from their backups.
@bowvl808 did you sign up to EA's email registration scheme?
Do you have your original player id number associated with the missing account?
I lost all my progress and now I have to start at the beginning.

To get help, you need to click the Help Center link at the bottom of this page and open a 'Missing Content' case. An advisor should be able to assist you further from there.
Same issue. Played on a linked account. Got a new phone and it won't let me restore my account. Played through the tutorial thinking that was the issue and nothing.
