@vfkifciip8xl Press the wrench, then press help.It will send you to a screen to fill in . Fill it in under missing content. You will need your player ID which you will find under download preferences.EA will get back to you via email. Alternatively if you have registered your email they can recover your progress that way too

  • I randomly lost my data and support haven't responded even tho it been 3 days, never had them take this long, I have no clue what to do

    One of the experts could help you with this as I’m not sure. The advice I have given is what I did when I lost all my progress.

    Same issue here, since I've reinstalled the game (android phone), I no longer have access to my player profil.
    Even if I'm connected with my Google Play account.

    But on another device (android tablet), my player profil is available and ok.
    This is very strange as it looks like the problem concerns the display of the player profil(s), the save is there, just not displayed.

    I found that I no longer can choose my Player ID (I had 2) and the other one (with no progress) is defaulted after the reinstallation.
