Re: I lost my pvz2 progress

Hi

I suddenly lost my pvz2 progress. I opened my pvz2 app then it suddenly just.. resets my (around 6 months) progress. It was so random, like there were no crashing or any problems other experienced. I have no idea why that happened. If you or anyone do know please let me know how that happened.

But fortunatly, i have screenshot my player ID from the help section in the spanner icon. Im still confused on how to contact EA or making a case regarding this.

    You contact EA for them to sort it out by pressing the wrench ,then press help and fill in the form under the header missing content, you will need your player I D found in download preferences.

    If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.

    This takes about 5 minutes. 

    If you  have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.

    Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.

    If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.

    How do i contact the EA HELP CENTER exactly? Please elaborate, is it via email or something?

    But i don't see a "contact us" button bruh its been about 2 weeks and if only i contacted EA, i would've probably get my account sooner. As i already said, i have my player ID. I just need to send it to EA and EA should fix the issue but it looks like i cant because i don't see any way of contacting EA without the "contact us" button. I also already emailed EA a few weeks ago and send them my player id as the attactment of the email but it seems like it doesn't do anything.

    If you go to the 'i need help recovering my mobile game' option then there should be a livechat option, i have just checked and there is a 4 minute wait for an advisor.
