Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.
If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.

I do have my ID, I think I sceenshoted it like about thousand times. That would be my next step after the code.
