@NotSoFire You will need to submit a Help ticket to EA Help. EA Help will ask for all kinds of information regarding your purchases. At this point, I would not recommend that you try to purchase anything from the store using real world money. The Daisy of Doom "Restore Purchase" is now a function of your game. Maybe EA will fix it, possibly it won't.

There are other posts on the Forum that address this new glitchy feature and how to get into the store. It is a work around unless and until EA fixes this new glitchy feature.

@StormyHeather11 Funny Thing is I bought the electric blueberry last week, had the same issue but eventually got the plant. Not in this Case. 15 bucks down the drain. For me this feature was already in game for months now. Doesn't let me access the Shop most of the time, yet still as a Player I don't see anything changing. Regarding EA, since this bug is in the game now for years, they might aswell shut down microtransactions completly, since it is just a ripoff.

To access the PVZ2 Store with the “Restore Purchase” Feature:
Shut down game, close it so it is no longer open.
turn OFF wifi
relaunch game (it should show the generic splash screen – none of the plants or deals or anything should be showing on the screen)
go into store (it may start with the Daisy of Doom “Restore Purchase” feature, but it will launch into the store in a few seconds)
turn on wifi
tap around the store, until it connects with the wifi – your “Earn Coins” and “Earn Gems” buttons will go from greyed-out to full-color.
You can now download your daily prize. You can use coins and gems to purchase items, but you CANNOT purchase anything using real world dollars – this includes purchasing more coins or gems or plants or anything.
This is the only way that I’ve found to get into the Store to get my daily prize. If anyone else has a better solution, let us know. You may need to turn it on airplane mode, too. I'm on Android the steps 1-7 seem to work for me (for now).

@StormyHeather11 Well I'm on Android too and it didn't work for me (I've read most of the posts to figure out a workaround). Tried it multiple times, with and without variations, no success. Only way I found myself accessing the shop was hoping to get in. Sometimes I can access it, but most of the times I cannot. I didn't plan on spending money on this game anyway as you don't even receive what you pay for. In Germany we call this Auf dreistester Art abziehen.
