Re: June (and now July) rewards not collectable

The additional reward for this week isn't working either. Is EA support replying to anyone with suggestions on fixing bugs. I re booted game and system and I reinstalled the game. Didn't fix the issues. Open to ideas.....

Was able to claim the log in rewards today, but of course it is only for June 1st. You would think that since this is a know bug, and not an isolated incident, the Devs would do some sort of compensation. But I feel since this is also EA, don't think that will happen, am I wrong?

@RexxHavok You'd think that would be the case, but in my experience over the last few years, the only time steps have been made to make things right is when a player has spent cash money and not gotten what was promised. And even then it was a pain in the butt.
