Idk why but when i play arena the game closes, i lose a gauntlet and dont get any points. Im on xiaomi 13 pro and android version 15 please help i dont want to lose the rank

So do I. Every time I play in the arena and for about the first 1 minute, it will always crash on its own, many times!! Help, I don't want lose my rank too. 😭
