@HenryThePear Plants which I would be using on Yeti are:
Imp Pear, Electrici-tea, Chili Bean, Hyno-shroom, the prefer one would be Hyno-shroom as it turns him to flight the zombies but the most effective one without a doubt is Imp Pear under plant food influence.

A jousti-Yeti (as EA call them) is worth a whopping 150,000 points in jade league.

@lawmfwMy league people seem to be in a different time zone compared to me. They always play when i went to bed and when i woke up...i will be in the middle again. Just wondering whether i should grind to get first 3 just for the mints to buy more mints... XD Hmmm..... Or maybe...i will do that 1 hour before league changed tomorrow... hmmm...
- @Perfume-shroom92 I think it is common for league mates to be in different timezones. ANd yes,you should grind for mints this week for the next Improve Event
- @HenryThePear I already have enough mints to get the 6 mints i don't have and get them to level 2 and get 2 other mints to level 4... but because I only join a league 24 hours later and i need ~8 plays per day to get ultomato to level 5 by the end of season. I need to play 8 plays tomorrow before the league change to make up for the missing ones. But my league mates don't know that XD I think i will do a surprise run~
Piglet is still trying to drop into Bronze so he can collect pinatas on next 2 events. Nobody in his Silver league has figured out they should be grinding. Leader is barely over 100 and the folks at 11 and 12 have 5 crowns each and have stayed there since Day one.
I expect that to change today as they come to the realization they won't be dropping back.
Proper prior planning prevents pee poor performance.

- @linuxPigPen hahahahaha i have looked at the next tournament on youtbue, it looks weird. Well almost all plants are banned by the looks of it... XD you can search and have a look yourself. I always wonder..say if you didn't join arena or claim the rewards even after a whole week of arena has ended, would you drop down a league?
- @Perfume-shroom92 I expect all I'll be using are double sun, 3Peat, Appease, Spear and Torchwood. Piglet may have to drag in some spikes and defend only 3 or 4 lanes.
Down in bronze and the other lower leagues they will be full of newbies trying silly low scoring strategies.
They simply don't know they should be grinding for mints with a double mint boosterama and an incredibly rare improvemint event on the horizon.
I'm currently at 739 crowns in my jade league and I've almost finished maxing out Ultomato in all my profiles. 👍
- @Perfume-shroom92 They force us to use 3peater and torch next week. Only PVZ1 plants and Mints are alotted. They want us to be reminiscent of the past 😉
- @HenryThePear I have come to that realization....or like peashooter... hahahahaha i am just surprised cause peppermint family is supposed to be boosted but all the peppermint plants are all blocked... i mean they might as well just put appeasemint boosted...

@MAGICDAVESHROOMTo be fair, I wouldn't know there will be an improve mint event coming had i not been in this forum XD On second thoughts, I think i am going to let the first 4 people in my league fight it out among themselves. Don't need the added stress of getting a good position when i am already stress... o.o I am definitely going to get 5th comfortably~
I guess there will be some jockeying for position on the final day for second and third place

Tapped out at 2 seconds left. That might win a few games in Bronze.
TW - lvl 2
Sunshroom - lvl 2
3Peat - lvl 6
Squash - lvl 2
Tall Nut - lvl 2
Appease - lvl 2
Tried it with Spikeweed first. Only scored 502,000.
Placed TW on C5. Might be able to stretch that to C6.
Might also try different nut. Thought Talls could block flung imps.
Other suns might give more sun over lifetime but shroom gives 225 with plant food. Lower initial cost lets me set up 3Peat and TW faster.
- @linuxPigPen Might try your combination and see what happens...without the tall nut because i don't think it can block anything.... sigh...this is such a weird arena...
Finally finished grinding for Ultomato seeds, over 3,150 crowns now there's only mints to get for the upcoming improvemint event.

There's a real downside to multiple profiles.
