dual Primal Potato Mine, Explode O'Nut, and Bombard-mint are crucial
I have tried Squash, Jalapeno, Cherry Bomb, Grape Shot, and Escape Root as the sixth plant and reached >2.3M with Grape Shot, Escape Root, and Jalapeno
I think we are screwed^^
All I do is get a lot of sun and keep re-planting...
I managed 3m with my mighty level 1 army.

With the same set of plants and strategy i got 6.5m (mastery and non mastery max level) and 3m+ with my level 1 plants.

Sorry i was just putting on my smugpants, the 3m+ i was referring to is the pre tournament practice for tomorrow's new tournament with enlightenmint as plant of the squeak.
Isn't it about time you washed your Smugpants? It's just that I've noticed there's faint odour in here and it's gradually becoming worse.
Ok, I got 2M using Magnifying Grass 🙂 But I think I can't beat your 3M
Edit: Magnifying Grass + Filamint might be a good F2P strategy! But it's hard to tell which row the Zomboss is in. I wasted so many shots^^

I'll try Mag. Grass and Filamint...no Power Lily so my first try with Peanut/Reinforce-mint was under 700k
Will also try a peashooter along with Appease-mint/Bombardmint

Thanks for testing the MG strat. I managed to not surrender again (three times) 😞 I would start with sunshrooms all over the place and maybe use Enlighten-Mint twice (1 plant food). Plant the GS directly in Zomboss's face and spam those MG shots with Filamint 🙂 The zomboss only seems vulnerable in one row and it's kind of hard to tell what row he is in.
My first foray with MG was not very good...it is hard to know which lane.
My best scores over 1M were with Grape Shot (and Imitator) and Hurikale !
How else to push back the flying Zombies (Chard Guard?)
There are so many Flying Zombies I figured Level 1 CG would not be effective...
Bonk Choy as often as possible far right to attack Zomboss with Plant Food
Peanut to protect Sun-shrooms and lawnmowers as much as possible
Reinforce-mint boosts Peanut
Grape Shot(s) replaced Bonk Choy and Peanut for attacking Zomboss
Hurikale replaces Reinforce-mint and protects the lawnmowers
Enlighten-mint vs Zomboss

Here my F2P strategy for this tournament. You will either kill the Zomboss 9x for a score of 2.3M or 10x for a score of 2.8M. I don't think you are able to kill him 11x with this strategy but the score should hold up quite well.
Edit: But I defeated him without Fila-Mint 11x with my "L5 profile":

Also, it's good to see that you do the same "mistakes" as me under these stressful circumstances like planting two Magnifying Grasses in one lane 😉

Thanks, actually, I tried to plant double to use 2 fingers to blow through the Sun. It works, sometimes. In this case it didn't 🤷♂️. I have to space them better, so the touches are registered, like one in the same row as the Ship Mast and one in the same row as the rope in front of the Dr. Zomboss.

Random plants for BattleZ Seasons...lucky for me I had plenty of SUN producing plants along with Enlighten-mint plus explosive plants to use on the lawn close to Lost City Zomboss !!
Level 1 plants and I did Surrender at the very last second just so I could collect the 6 GEMs today...

Then go and do it, there's nothing stopping you from doing it, or maybe a mid level mini forum so every plant doesn't have to be level 5.
It's just a shame that EA have removed the ability to create extra profiles (again).
I'm going to create another mini forum for non mastery plants.
