There is a good bug that allows you to keep the 250 seeds used to unlock it and use them to get to level 5.
It apparently worked on shadow peashooter and might work on goo peashooter. See reddit post

Now you know as much as i do, apparently this worked on shadow pea and slingpea and might work on goo peashooter.
I've not actually done it myself as i didn't know about it.

I don't know about that exploit, sounds very fishy. It could happen, that you loose your plant and seeds also..
Better to do it right way 🙂
