It would not be welcome if this is happening to my all level 1 plants collection. (Luckily it is not, and I am not sure if any of my hard earn coins/gems had been deducted for the upgrade which I have not authorized)
- You could always ask the EA help center to reduce it back to level 1, they probably would if you told them about your level 1 plant collection.
I wish i had a level 1 plant collection, just think of not having to collect seed packets, pinatas or watch ads for coins.
