@GavinGG0124 I see. That's fine because I recently heard of a bug that the icon won't show if your age is <13. I'm not sure if this is true, though.

Here are a couple of things you can try.

1) Force-Close and reopen the app (a couple of times)

2) Restart your phone

3) Clear the Cache of the PvZ2 app and restart the app (Just make sure you have a screenshot of you player ID)

Sometimes it even takes a while until the cloud icon shows up, so let me know if you still don't see an icon in like an hour.
