Hi @StrolledTiara96 , as ElliotLH suggested only the agents at EA Help will be able to get you to recover your account.

If you remember your player ID, make sure to communicate it. If you have it, could you also send it to me via private message? Teams are curious to know what could cause the progress loss and the player ID would be handy for them to investigate.

I can’t remember the player ID as I never went to the help section while I had the account. If I had knew the player ID was there I wouldn’t’ve of remembered it because they are so long.
unfortunately I cannot provide my player ID for the account for the aforementioned reasons, I am so sorry about this.
