I did register before. But when I reinstalled the app, after entering my birth year/month, the screen said, identify conflict and asked me to choose the profile from the screen, HOWVER, none of them is mine. Those are TOO new without any items. But 8 could not get around with this screen, please advise how to solve this issue. Thanks

I see the option of emailing for help (see image below).
I know some regions might have a live chat option and I do get this sometimes, I think it is depending whether an advisor is on duty on that region.
EXACT same issue. I've been emailing back and forth with ea customer support since Sunday with no resolution. I've been playing since 2011. I'll be super upset if all progress is lost and I just won't play again if it's unrecoverable. No way I'm going to start over after 13 years.
