What is the link about? it is the same location as this message board. No chat, No live person nothing. Please fix this issue ASAP. This is very frunstrating

I see the option of emailing for help (see image below).
I know some regions might have a live chat option and I do get this sometimes, I think it is depending whether an advisor is on duty on that region.
