Re: Lost data?

What do I do I lost all my data after I reinstalled it and I also pressed the force to sync player data and I'm afraid we both have a similar story. I had over 165 unlocked plants including premium tournament ones which most of

them were a high level. This is BS if this sh** doesn't get resolved I'm never playing this again cuz I've spent 3 years if my life and its all gone. Popcap fix and get your **** straight. I'm cursing cuz I'm mad asf. I had a Google Play account and I still have the achievements that I earned

    @kmalvar @HasseNor 

    I hope you have noted down or screenshot your original player ID (the one with over 100 unlocked plants).  This is the crucial information required to get your old progress recovered as without the correct ID, even if the advisors willing to spend time to help (well, they might not if overloaded with other complaints) they would have no idea where to look or which account to link your email with from the backup.

    No unfortunately no screenshot of my previous id. Just the new one. I have a screenshot from earlier today winning an Arena match where you can see the result score and who my oppent was. If that can be of any help? The image have a time stamp so I know when it was saved.
    Is there no log where you can see when there is a change of id?
