I am using an android tablet and I am signed in since i started playing PVZ. I tried restarting my device and even logging off and logging on but still no change. It still starts in the beginning.
@ops_kingfish Sorry for not getting back sooner. Please reach out to support, they may be able to assist, depending on the exact nature of the issue and why progress was lost.
