I am 99% certain they are asking for the email address which you used from the PVZ2 App (to get 100 free gems as image below) for this address is tied with your PV2 account and it serves as an identifier.

i have sent my email but not a screenshot, I have sent everything else with my details but keep getting replies asking for the same information again

I had already registered my account but I eventually got 50 gems from EA as they couldn’t reinstate any sprouts
