I tried wintermint a couple of times but score was about the same, i stuck with appeasemint because it could eventually get rid of those annoying c1 tombstones.
I'm going to try a tile turnip/ imppear strategy as yetis are too hard to kill with bowling bulb.
Wow 3 yetis? on screen at the same time?
I tried to use Imp Pear to deal with Yeti as suggested by @PowerToss last night and found it was much easier with low level plants.
Perhaps it's Yeti breeding time or EA have stocks of unsold Yetis they need to get rid of, three yetis don't appear often but they are happening.
I too am trying imppear based strategies as they are hard to kill (150k health points) and as soon as they take major damage start moonwalking away and if they escape, nil points.
Sometimes they are easier to kill and other times are practically invulnerable which is why I'm trying something different.

- @eieio_31310 Hehehe. My munchkin doesn’t have imp so will try hypno. So rude he moonwalks away nonchalantly after eating a bunch of our plants!
Yeti moonwalks off when he takes a lot of damage, I'm trying imppear/ bowling bulb/ tile turnip and though it's easier, especially getting rid of Yetis instantly, my scores haven't improved.
The problem with the cold snapdragon/ bowling bulb strategy is there is only one clear column and there's a lot going on so yetis can sneak through and take a lot of damage before dying.
- @MAGICDAVESHROOM Yep, I had him try PPS/BB/Bloverx2/Magnet. About 2.8mil with his lv3-4 plants. My main strat is Imp Pear as I don't want to Blover. It's all good, only playing as much as he remains in the last 3 positions so not gutted if he loses out - well he's gutted, he tells me mummy I want to win! :D He is patiently waiting for the return of Imp Pear. I think he's the only one of us that loves Sling Pea lol, he TT a bunch of them in Adventure mode and watched it go KA-BLOOEY.

I'm sure Alien Gurke is most likely working hard to include his Imp Pears and will most likely hit 5 Million, if successful. 🤷♂️

I played my Mastery Profile mostly during Pre-Boosterama to get my 3rd Ice Bloom and my sentiment exactly with the snapshot of this Icebloom 😅 so no 5M for me, I'm done with this Profile for a bit...

StarFruit Boosterama - BB, LB, Spearmint, GB, Imp Pear (not always utilized), StarFruit might get dropped down on a Lost City Relic Hunter when it is on a yellow tile
12M consistently and 15.2M if I use 3 PF on Spearmints for final 45 seconds !
Column of LB far left, BB in front of LB - initial layout three BB in odd rows, plant GB and Spearmint at the start of the battle!!
Trying TW/3peater strategy and best score after 5 tries is 12.75M
TW/3 peater, Squash, sun-shroom, spearmint and appeasemint - 2M
credit to FantastiX amnogst others (Squash protects plants)
update:
TW/3 peater, Sun-shroom, EON, Enlightenmint, and Appeasemint - 2.228 M
same strategy but reached 2.3M on 7th straight victory
