It has no special power to boost but it is FREE!

It's as @MAGICDAVESHROOM said, Mastery ONLY affects Bruisez. M80+ for Bruised and M200 for Ineffective. Damage Pierce is what it used for the Bruises calculation, as Blover does no damage.

...it can go down to M70+, but only for low Level Zombies. For higher level ones you have to have a higher level Mastery, M80+ for insurance during Bruisez (Downward arrow). M200 is the only way to combat Ineffective (Plant Family marked X).
