If your 'right' email address is NOT linked to your account, I would expect the advisor will not be able work on you case for data protection and security reasons.
Do you have screenshot of your original player ID (the one with your progress)?
If so you can try seeking help again with the Help Center with that information.
If in the case the account cannot be recovered, did you spend any real money on cash premium plants?
if so, you might be able to claim them back on to your new account by providing proof of purchase.
