You can't create new profiles on pvz2 anymore (except by accident).
You can try EA's email registration service and hopefully they will send you a unique code that will recover your lost account.
If that doesn't work if you have your OLD player id number you can tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and ask them to restore your old profile from their backups.
