@Lambsy65 Hehehe, that is the kind of fear the EAvil devs were planning for all their players, looks like they have succeeded.... 👿
Joking apart, I think it is quite safe to open the game with WiFi and internet connection off, just enable it briefly for the shop and travel log quest sections if required, as long as you are not entering the main menu with data connection on, your data would not get refreshed from the server.
Yes you’re right I’m completely paranoid after loosing both my profiles in July last year and everything set itself to user Dave.
I eventually got everything back and then last autumn the sever went down and I lost a large amount of gems and coins which wasn’t restored as I didn’t have proof so consequently I will be taking screenshots before hand and not playing at all during the time they are updating.
I will also come on to the forum to check if anyone has experienced any problems before I go in to the game again
Just a quick note to confirm, I have just started my PVZ2 App and managed to entered Arena, it seems to be normal. Will try to do a few games later tonight and see how it goes.

Looks like there is another Arena maintenance on this Wednesday, 20th of July.

- @eieio_31310 I don’t think they did anything on the 13th , my friend played during the time of the maintenance and was able to access all parts of the game
Hmm, this does suggest it has been rescheduled by the devs without notifying players. Let's hope everything is going to be ok after their maintenance. I have both my fingers and toes crossed. 👿
- @eieio_31310 I was informed by a friend that the message for the maintenance on the 13th disappeared, the arena was down on the 20th so I think the maintenance was done then and it appears nothing has changed
@Lambsy65A new notice has come out stating maintenance will be performed on the 27th.
I know I saw it this morning, obviously not resolved the glitches
