Re: Penny’s Pursuit Zomboss Fight keeps crashing

Thanks for letting us know about what your seeing in PvZ, I am seeing similar reports of crashing happening on ipad with version 12. 

I wanted to get some more information on this issue and I can share it with our team. 

• Which device and OS version are you running into the issue on?
• Is there a secondary device you can try on?
  • If so do you still encounter the issue, and which device and OS is it?
• Where and at what point are you seeing crashes happen at?

@EA_Illium, hi, its Meizu M8, Android version 8.1.0, the crashes happened at the last tournament of power vine, crashed like 3 - 5 times already. Currently, if i use my secondary device, it would cause some synchronization problem. Hope you could solve the issue soon 🙂. PS: and also the date for getting the daily reward of the month is one day delayed.

I have noticed the crash happens when the Zomboss  drops a bomb on the leftmost column. Hope this helps. Today the crash was on a one chili game.

I have found that my Penny Pursuit crashes if I access it through the Log.  If I go to the PP directly from between Adventure and Arena, I do not have that problem.  Recently my problem seems to be that I play the first level of PP, but when I go back, I have to play it AGAIN.  It is like I never played it before.  I know this because I recognize the game board set up.  It is the set up with the Imp Pear as the plant to protect.  I've played that first board a couple of times, because the next level has not unlocked.

I played Level 1 again this morning and now I'm showing Level 2 is unlocked.

Definitely seems to happen when the Zomboss drops a bomb. I noticed sometimes the bomb throws bones that make gravestones. Could these be getting thrown out of bounds sometimes?  Tonight's crash happened when a bomb was dropped on the top row. I saw 2 bones fly out then it crashed.
