So, is it confirmed that Pokra will always appear in the mid and highest difficulty in the second and third Zomboss fight?

I always choose mid difficulty (Torchwood) in my first Zomboss fight. I wonder if that counts for something.

Edit: confirmed it's not Pokra in mid difficulty, only high difficulty in 2nd and 3rd Zomboss fight.
