You are reporting two different issue here. While the unable to collect 10 gems rewards bug is something PopCap needs to address so there is little you as a player can do apart from waiting.

On the other hand, the disappearance of Pinata Party IS something you can do, this is by updating your PVZ2 App to 11.3.1.
