@Saeed_blover Sorry to have to break this to you, from my own experiences, I am 99.99% certain that the HELP CENTER advisors do know how to correct the resource errors once they have the player ID, that is their job and I believed they are trained to do so. What you need to understand is that they will not be permitted to credit a claim to any account which they have suspicion or had been classed as not legit (maybe due to lack of evidences, wrong or outdated information submitted etc...)
So you can hold your breath and wait for as long as you like but be prepare to get a result that you have not wished for.
