Community AdminIn order to clear your keyboard from the screen, please simply tap the back button on your device. It will not close the game, but it will lower your keyboard out of the way, allowing you to continue!
Had the same problem, then just tried turning off the custom keyboard app I was using to replace the basic keyboard provided with my device. And it let me enter the letters. Ea, this is a bug nevertheless! Please fix!

Per the info provided by some of the prior posts in this thread, you will want to make sure that you are using the default keyboard in your device, and not an alternative keyboard.
As for the reason why the game asks for this, I'm sure it has to do with laws that don't allow businesses to collect information about children under a certain age. In the US that age is 13. I don't know what it is in other countries. In order to ensure they comply with these laws, the game will ask for your age, and you won't be allowed to play if you are younger than that. If it forgets the answer, it might ask again.

please tell us your name question? try to download go launcher and open it , open pvz there and then when you click the please tell your age there will be a a go launcher key board and you can use it. it helps a lot go try it.
