Re: Progress deleted with latest iOS update
If you have your original player ID (the one with your progress), you need to contact EA HHelp Center by clicking the link at the bottom of this page to get further assistances.
This is the second time I see similar issuesin iOS, let's hope this is not the trend the iOS player's account being reset at random for no reason. FYI. My previous replies to similar issue on link below and I hiope you can get your progress recovered.
