Re: PVZ game keeps crashing upon Startup

Thanks yes I did restart. I thought ea would be able to fix it with my played id but I wasn’t sure. I just heard it wouldn’t restore but I guess with the player Id it would work. Thanks 

Since I am on iPhone I didn’t think it would find a conflict. I signed into my ea account previously does that save progress?

I have tried every option so far and still doesn’t work. The app simply flashes as if it’s going to open and crashes. The flash last about a decimal of a sec. A literally “flash” open and close. I tried the settings with my user if and it shows blank. I had this for over 2 years so I really hate to lose everything and all the money I spent on it. 

It didn’t worked

It didn’t worked for me, but when I startup without the internet, it starts normally and with the internet it just freezes and crashes

Same for me, I play on Ipad’s HD version and once the progress bar for the loading fills up 100% the game crashes.

My iPad game will start and I might select the daily reward then it shuts down.  I will rejoin and play the daily game then it shuts down.  I will rejoin and select a limited specialty game and it shuts down.  If I rejoin to play a regular level, after completing it…it shuts down!

I  have restarted the iPad. I have increased capacity on the iPad and cleared cache…nothing helps.

This all started about two updates ago.

Please assist me
