Contact the EA HELP CENTER (below) and give them your player i.d. (don't post it) and tell them to restore your profile from their backups.
It might take a couple of days.

You are not on the good forum, this forum is for the mobile game Plant vs Zombie 2, not for PvZ Garden Warfare 2

- No you can't get your profile back, that is a myth. They might give you some gems, but you are just out of luck (and time, and money)
