Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know you are running into this with PvZ 2, our team is currently aware and looking into this issue however there is some information we want to gather.
If you are still running into this issue, try Restarting your device then going back into the game to see if it clear this up. If so let us know, if not please reply with the following information, feel free to @ me in the response and I can pass the information along.
- Did restarting your device work?
- Which platform (device/model) are you playing on?
- Is it one item you purchased that gives this error, or multiple?
- What was the last item you were able to purchase?
Also if there's any other workaround you found or something else that occurs not mentioned please let us know.
